Some of our readers have asked for some basic information about the 90/10 weight loss program.  So we've untaken a careful analysis of this diet to better inform our readers.

What is the 90/10 Weight Loss Program?

The 90/10 weight loss program bases its approach on controlling caloric intake.  You are allotted one of three different levels of daily calories, depending on your starting weight.

The program does include exercise, which is factored into their calorie information.  The 90/10 weight loss program is based around two week menu plans.  They also allow for food substitution, as a slight derivation to the menus that they set.

What type of diet is the 90/10 Weight Loss Program?

This weight loss program falls into the traditional high carbohydrate, low fat group.  It also steers away from saturated fats.

How is the 90/10 Weight Loss Program Sold?

The form we've come across is sold via your purchase of a paperback book.

Do you recommend the 90/10 Weight Loss Program?

Based on our research, nothing particularly negative about the program has surfaced.  However, we found nothing especially striking about the program either, and it appears to be much the same as many other diet programs.  Our opinion of the 90/10 weight loss program is therefore neutral.
