Atkins Diet Menu
For many people, avoiding high levels of carbohydrates can be difficult.
While some believe that eating a low-carb diet may help people lose
weight, putting into practise isn't always so easy.
Today we take a look at a possible Atkins diet menu, aiming to keep the
carbs super low.
Sample Atkins Diet Menu
Breakfast
Carbs: 2 grams
Cube 1 cup ham
Beat 3 eggs
Sprinkle of red chilli powder
Heat a skillet and brown the ham in a bit of butter. Add
the eggs and scramble. Add 1/4c shredded cheddar. Stir in
and then wrap all this in a large lettuce leaf. Breakfast
Burritos!
Lunch
Carbs: 4 grams
½ pound ground beef browned
2c lettuces shredded
2tbs sour cream
2tbs salsa
1/4c shredded cheddar
Layer for a taco salad
Dinner
Carbs: 7 grams
Crust less Quiche
