Calories in Restaurant Food

You're out on the town, partying it up with friends.  You end up at your favorite restaurant.  Ah, that chicken parmigiana sounds great.  But, naturally enough, this mightn't be the best dish for those battling with the bulge.  So just what are the calories in restaurant food?  We let you in on some restaurant dishes' naughty little secrets.

Pizza

1 cheese pizza from Dominos will cost you 591 calories, and 27 grams of fat.

A Mexican pizza from Taco Bell will set you back 570 calories, and contains 36 grams of fat.

Beef

Off to Arby's?  Giant roast beef contains 487 calories, and 28 grams of fat.

Down at Hardee's, a big roast beef will set you back 460 calories, and 24 grams of fat.

Prefer Taco Bell?  A big beef supreme contains 520 calories, and 23 grams of fat.

Chicken

At Arby's, chicken cordon bleu contains 623 calories, and 33 grams of fat.

At the Boston Market, original chicken pot pie will set you back 750 calories, and 34 grams of fat.

Cake

Find yourself at Dairy Queen?  An 8" round cake contains 340 calories, and 12 grams of fat.

McDonald's hotcakes with margarine & syrup equals 580 calories, with 16 grams of fat.
