Prefer Taco Bell? A big beef supreme contains 520 calories,
and 23 grams of fat.
Chicken
At Arby's, chicken cordon bleu contains 623 calories, and 33 grams
of fat.
At the Boston Market, original chicken pot pie will set you back
750 calories, and 34 grams of fat.
Cake
Find yourself at Dairy Queen? An 8" round cake contains 340
calories, and 12 grams of fat.
McDonald's hotcakes with margarine & syrup equals 580 calories,
with 16 grams of fat.
