Diabetic Diets Menus

One of the many problems facing the average diabetic is the tendency to put on weight.  It's not easy living with a diabetic condition that is life threatening, but what can compound the condition every further is that being overweight can have serious health consequences all of its own.

Diabetic diets menus need to be low in simple sugar and starches, and should be low in products made from white flour.  The ideal approach to planning diabetic diets menus is to base the diets around simple, wholesome foods.
