Becoming Firm Exercise Videos

We had a number of our avid readers respond to our Getting Firm Exercise Tapes article to tell us they enjoyed hearing more about the role which exercise plays in losing weight.

Most dieters focus on the poor relationship that they have with food.  But most completely omit to consider their poor relationship with exercise.  The truth is our gadget oriented lifestyles have taken us well beyond the levels of domestic sophistication even dreamed about by our forefathers.  And while I'm entirely thankful that washing our clothes no longer involves beating them on a rock, it has left us with a society whose total exercise regime for the day is catching the bus.

Becoming firm exercise videos, be they aerobics, yoga, pilates or resistance training, can be a great way of using the little time you may have to allocate to exercise to have sometime fun and exercise at the same time.  The key to successfully including exercise in your life, is finding a type of exercise that you find appealing.  After all, walking around the block isn't for everyone.  You don't have to find any specific type of exercise interesting.  But finding no type of exercise appealing isn't an option.

Set aside some time every day to put one of the becoming firm exercise videos of your choice to good use.  Vary that with a sport that you like, perhaps even a team sport to give you a sense of belonging, to give you the sense that your exercise matters, and to keep you motivated.

Remember:

  • You don't have to like any one type of exercise, but liking no type of exercise isn't an option

  • Find time everyday to fit some exercise into your life
