1.  Calorie Deprivation

In order to lose weight, you must consume less energy than your body uses.  So you'd go on a hunger strike!  Drink nothing but water (not even juices), and force your body to draw on its fat reserves to survive.

However, unlike most "fasts" which people go on, your hunger strike must go on for several weeks.  One or two days just doesn't cut it.

2.  Exercise Yourself Silly
