Online Calorie Counter
Many of our regular readers have been asking us to provide them with an
online calorie counter, a tool that will help them do the math for the
calories they eat in a day.
How the Online Calorie Counter Works
The online calorie counter is designed to keep a running tab of how many
calories you're consuming throughout the day. It helps you monitor
your food consumption, and can show you the pattern of what you're eating
before it's too late.
The Online Calorie Counter Fields
For each item that you eat, enter the following information into the
online calorie counter.
Food: a description of the food item or dish
Calories: the number of calories present in the food
If you'd like to look up how many calories are in certain foods, follow
the Related Information section below
Doing the Math
Once you've entered the details into the online calorie counter, hit the
[Calculate Total] button. The "Progressive Total" fields will now
be populated, showing you how many calories you've consumed at each
point.
For further calculations, simply add another item of food to the online
calorie counter, and hit the [Calculate Total] button again.
